Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include the price of the piece; delivery is shown separately before you order.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it with you before dispatch, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available or a price was shown in error. If we cancel, any payment you've made is refunded in full.

Payment

We take advance payment only, by bank transfer, with your order number as the reference. We share our account details when you order, and your order is confirmed and dispatched once the payment reaches us.

Changing or cancelling

To change or cancel an order before it's dispatched, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram as soon as possible. After delivery, our returns policy applies.
