Privacy

We keep only what we need to deliver your order and look after you afterwards.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and any notes you add, with the pieces you ordered. When you join the Quiet List: your email address. When you create an account: your name, email address and a password. Your password is stored only in encrypted form by our sign-in provider; we never see it.

What we don't collect

We never see or store card details. We don't use advertising trackers. Your bag is kept only in your own browser until you order.

How it's used

To deliver and confirm your order, to contact you about it, and, if you joined the Quiet List, to write to you about new pieces. Your address and mobile number are shared with the courier delivering your parcel, and with no one else.

Where it's kept

Orders and accounts are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase; emails are sent through Resend; the site is served by Cloudflare. Each handles your information only to provide its service to us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to take you off the Quiet List: message us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
